We had a very nice 3-star experience here. Everyone from the staff was very helpful. Our queen studio was equipped with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and central heating. The breakfast was amazing with very good coffee and views of the mountainside from the window, for example and attention to detail. The location was stunning and good for Heiligenblut, not far from local hikes and sights, Pension Bergkristall and restaurants and the church😀

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location is unbeatable - right in the center of the village and just steps away from the cable car. The staff were friendly and provided excellent transportation information. The breakfast was a highlight - fresh and delicious!
